This fiberglass insulation was recovered from debris that survived Skylab's fiery reentry. This artifact, identified by NASA Team Leader Raymond Gause, is a remnant from one of six oxygen supply tanks used on-board Skylab as part of the space station's life support system. The tank impacted the ground in Rawlinna, Australia and is now on display at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville.
